Returns and complaints

We do not offer product exchanges. The return/complaint form must be included with the item; otherwise, we will be unable to identify the return or complaint. Returns and complaints are processed only after the item has been received and the official complaint procedure has begun. Once we receive your item, it will be inspected, and you will be informed about the outcome within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
